Produced with bioplastics (vegetable components, such as corn starch) and therefore compostable, according to EN 13432. Minimum verified degradation of 90% in 6 months if subjected to an environment rich in carbon dioxide (values tested with the standard method EN 14046, also called ISO 14855).
Available with generic Bio printing, car brands or customized with customer’s graphics and logos.
Biodegradable and compostable products according to EN 13 432, if properly stored in a dry place, have an effective yield of 15 months about. This is provided that common good conservation standards are respected. In fact, they should be kept away from heat sources and direct light. Heat and UV rays are factors that influence the degradation of materials, both biopolymers and conventional plastics of fossil origin. After this period they may be subject to degradation, so they can break more easily.
